Love Birds
After burning 3 birds, I finally got one! This one is Purple (an accent color) since I figured it would be crazy difficult to try to match the Fuchsia Ribbon on the cake. Next up... Blue. They will be used for my cake topper.

Garlands
I'm making these to hang/lay from the ceiling of certain parts of the reception area. I'm thinking the Snowstorm Garland for the Candy Buffet since it seemed more whimsical. The paper lei garland I would lay on the cake table. They will have a blue ribbon and white vellum instead. Finally the pom pom garland would be my backdrop for pictures with guests.
Centerpieces
Since we will be having a traditional family style dinner, there is not much room for extravagant centerpieces (or they usually end up on the floor before dinner starts). I was inspired by Knottie Donnaaires (I even bought the vases from her). I now have a collection of 30+ milk glass vases.

I found a version online and they were trying to mimmick the ancient art of paper cutting. So this was my attempt. Not nearly as intricate but I like detail. I used vellum paper and Yay for my Cricut! They will go in the IKEA plastic frames.
